She has led HR for companies such as RMG Connect/JWT, one of the top 3 worldwide advertising agencies with clients such as the U.S. Marines, Royal Caribbean, HSBC and LL Bean, as well as Frog, an international leader in technology and innovation whose roots were founded in close partnership with Apple. She has a proven ability to swiftly scale organizations and effectively lead transformation with a focus on culture, employee engagement, retention, organizational design/development, HR operations, talent management, DEI&A, and bottom-line results. She is an expert at both modernizing and driving HR operations for the now and the future and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities for success within your organization. She defines a clear vision and strategy to achieve objectives to reach your full potential.
